FOUNDATIONAL UNDERSTANDING OF MANAGEMENT

At ESCP Business School, I Delved Deep Into the Intricacies of Management Through the BSc in Management Program.

Between 2017 and 2020, This Incredible Adventure Took Me Across Three Distinct Cities : Paris, Turin, and Berlin, Each Imbued with its Own Cultural Insights and Learnings.

My BSc Thesis, "IMPACT OF A PERSONALITY TYPE ON PURCHASING BEHAVIOR WITH FOCUS ON BUYING BEHAVIOR", Explored the Complexities of Human Behavior Within the Business Context.

AN ODYSSEY INTO LUXURY RETAIL AT GUCCI, FRANKFURT

Having Taken My First Steps Into the Working World in 2016 at Hollister in Frankfurt Right After Turning 18, My Journey Next Led Me to Gucci's Frankfurt Boutique. This Establishment Soon Became My Second Home.

As One of the Main Pillars of the MRTW Department, I was Immersed in Every Facet of Retail Management. This Experience, Especially Working Across Cities Like Frankfurt ( 2016/17 ), London ( 2018 ), and Berlin ( 2019/20 ), Anchored My Passion for the Luxury Sector.

It was Here, Surrounded by the Exclusivity of Luxury Retail, that I Realized My Calling. This Drive to Understand Luxury on a Granular Level Became the Catalyst for My Decision to Dive Deep into Luxury Brand Management.

IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE IN LUXURY BRAND MANAGEMENT

Armed with Valuable Insights from My Tenure at Gucci and My Early Professional Endeavors, I Pursued a Dual Degree in MA Luxury Brand Management with Richmond, The American International University in London, and Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design between 2021 and 2022.

This Fusion of Academic Rigor with Industry Experience Further Unveiled the Mystique of the Luxury World and Allowed Me to Make Sense of My Past Working Experiences on an Academic, Theoretical Level.

My MA Thesis, "EXPLORING THE INTERCONNECTION BETWEEN LUXURY GOODS, PURCHASING BEHAVIOR, AND PERSONALITY", Offered a Deeper Dive into Luxury's Intricacies.

MASTERING CAD SKILLS WITH A BROADER DESIGN VISION

My Journey at the University of the Arts London in 2022 Merged Design Passion with Practical Knowledge.

Beyond Grasping Interior Design, I Sought CAD Skills to Understand Construction, Design, and Planning Methods; Melding Innovation with Tradition.

This Duality has Come to Define My Design Philosophy and Leadership Style.

A GLOBAL OUTLOOK

Beyond Academics, My Pursuits were Windows to the World, Each Experience Painting My Global Canvas.

From Paris's Historic Streets, Berlin's Industrial Charms, to London's Fashion Hubs, Each Experience Enhanced My Global Perspective.

Moreover, My Tenures with Gucci in Diverse Capitals ( Frankfurt, London, and Berlin ) Further Solidified My Understanding of Luxury in Different Cultural Contexts.

These Experiences, Paired with My Professional and Academic Ventures, have Deepened My Appreciation for Global Diversity, Molding My Worldview and Professional Strategy.

ERICH'S PROJECT LIMITED

The Culmination of My Experiences has Inspired the Conceptualization of Erich's Project Limited in December 2022. Following its Incorporation I Spent 8 Months Working on it Full-time as Founder and CVO, a Position I Deem Necessary, Especially in Big Corporations.

While This Venture is in Its Nascent Stages, it Encapsulates a Grand Vision : To Reinvent Living Standards by Harmoniously Fusing Sustainability with Innovation.

Through It, I Aim to Pioneer the Design and Creation of a Self-Sustaining City and Society, Placing a Premium on Creativity, Collaboration, Convenience, and Effortlessness.

Though a Profound Life Project, EP Represents One Facet of My Professional Journey. As with Any Large-Scale Endeavor, I Recognize that Such a Dream Will Take Time to Blossom.

Concurrently, My Diverse Background and Multifaceted Experiences have Equipped Me with the Ability to Passionately Contribute To and Lead In Other Brands and Causes.

In Essence, While Erich's Project is a Testament to My Long-Term Vision, I Remain Deeply Committed to Any Role or Responsibility I Undertake in the Present.

Erich’s Project Has Been, and Still Is, Self-Funded, and did Not Take Off in its Full Potential Yet. So for Now, the Focus is on My Professional, Personal Skillset ( Explore Below ) and How I Can Help Existing Companies in an Advisory Function, given My Strength Lies in the Visionary Fields with Strong Roots in the Present through Much Knowledge Across Categories.
